Viola brings a warm, calm presence to the clinic as the first point of contact for clients. With several years of experience in customer service and office coordination, she takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized environment that helps each visit begin smoothly.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from China and began her career in project administration within the public sector. After moving to Canada, Viola earned a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Manitoba, which further strengthened her skills in communication, organization, and client support. Since then, she has gained hands-on experience in both wellness and retail settings, managing scheduling, reception, and daily operations.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, Viola enjoys supporting clients from all walks of life. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and steady presence help ensure the clinic runs smoothly and clients feel genuinely cared for.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking, swimming, nail art, and traveling. She is also involved in training her rescued dog with the guidance of a professional behaviorist—an experience that reflects her patience and thoughtful approach in both life and work.
