Collin Martin

Registered Massage Therapist

We’re thrilled to welcome Collin to our team at Priscilla Kerr Wellness!

Collin was personally discovered by Dr. Priscilla Kerr during her own recovery journey. After suffering a sports injury while at a resort in Cancun in December, Dr. Kerr consulted numerous professionals but struggled to find lasting relief—until she found Collin. His treatment brought immediate and meaningful results, making him her go-to practitioner. She was so impressed that she promised to bring him into her wellness center once it opened—and we’re proud to say that promise has been fulfilled.

Collin is a Registered Massage Therapist with a deeply intuitive and highly skilled approach. He combines technical precision with a personalized touch, customizing each session to meet the unique needs of his clients—whether it’s deep tissue work for chronic tension, Swedish massage for relaxation, or advanced therapeutic interventions. His specialties include:

  • Pre-Event Sports Massage – A 15–25 minute treatment designed to prepare the body for vigorous activity, ideally applied 30–45 minutes prior. (Billed as a 30-minute session)

  • Post-Event Sports Massage – A 60-minute session aimed at aiding recovery after intense physical exertion.

  • Myofascial Release – Targeting fascial restrictions throughout the soft tissue for improved mobility and reduced discomfort.

  • Trigger Point Therapy – A focused approach to relieve muscle knots and pain caused by trigger points.

  • Joint Mobilization – Techniques that help increase joint mobility, reduce scar tissue, and ease crepitus.

  • PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) – Uses the body’s own strength and reflexes to promote muscle relaxation and flexibility.

  • MET (Muscle Energy Technique) – Applies active muscle contractions to release tight tissues and improve joint function.

  • Postural Alignment Therapy – A longer-term approach combining manual techniques and corrective exercises to address structural imbalances.

  • Specific Dysfunction Treatments – Targeted treatments for conditions like TMJ dysfunction, hyperlordosis, hip rotation issues, and restricted joint mobility. Collin is fully trained in assessment techniques to properly identify and treat a wide range of dysfunctions.

Before becoming an RMT, Collin worked in construction and roofing, giving him first hand insight into the physical demands of labor-intensive work. He credits massage therapy with helping him stay strong and mobile throughout his career—and that personal experience informs his practical, results-oriented style of care.

Outside the clinic, Collin is an avid runner who regularly competes in half-marathons. He also enjoys hiking, camping, and relaxing at the cabin with family and friends.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, dealing with chronic tension, or looking to improve your overall physical function, Collin brings expertise, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping you feel your best.
