Male and Female Infertility factors that were just about to use Egg Donors, due to low egg reserve, in their early 40’s and she had Endometriosis level 2 with Tubal Blockage in one side with past miscarriages:

I was waiting this Mother’s day To report this very difficult case of Infertility , being one of my top 5 most challenging cases I have treated in my TCM Fertility’s certified career .

This was the last baby to be born while I was getting ready to move out of the Manitoba Clinic, and the very first time I saw this couple was back in Jan 24/2022.

They have been married since 2016 and they were trying to get pregnant for the past 5 years and every time she succeeded unfortunately ended in  3 miscarriages.  
After being frustrated and approaching her 40’s, they decided to go to  Heartland in 2019 and she took all the meds for IVF once they discovered there was also a Male Factor and after all the medications they saw 3 follicles and after egg retrieval and none survived to be transferred. Then in  2020 Sept they tried a second round all from scratch but the Pandemic hit strongly and she got exposed to someone who had covid-19  and they had to cancel  everything even if she already had taken the meds for egg retrieval. And after that, being even more frustrated they decided to stop any IVF possibility. When she turned 40 years old  I looked at her Heartland files and her AMH was 0.43, which was extremely low.  She came to my Clinic willing to use ONLY acupuncture to get pregnant in a more natural approach before they had to think what to do. When she came to me  she was going to turn 42, she has level 2 endometriosis and the R tube was completely  blocked. I wanted to follow her closely so I asked a colleague 
 gynecologist to take her case and we got a referral from her MD and I requested to get her new numbers of AMH as 42 years old with blocked tube and Level 2 Endometriosis. Her 
AMH numbers came back as 0.3 3  and after 3 months of acupuncture weekly, her number improved to  0.41 and we were planning to discuss with  Heartland an  IUI but after discussing with them Heartland advised them to use egg donation, because she had blocked tube, and a very low egg reserve, The good news was that after treating her husband for 4 months his sperm turned to be normal and with his morphology being improved by 80% and numbers doubled, so at least on his side was nothing else to worry about. 
When they decided to move on for EGG Donor, they went to sign the papers with Heartland and after the lady was chosen for the procedure we had ONE LAST CYCLE to stimulate her body NATURALLY to get pregnant and I made sure she got the perfect combination of vitamins, supplements, herbal , diet and acupuncture and soon enough we found out she was pregnant, like 15 days prior for the lady to start her IVF retrieval and they saved over 30,000 dol and I communicated with her gynecologist and her first HCG levels were  3027 IU/L and early Ultrasound at 8 weeks saw the embryo had a strong heartbeat and it was developing well in the right spot ( We wanted to make sure because tubal occlusion was a higher  risk for ectopic pregnancy and also because she had 3 previous miscarriages )
Then on , Apr 5, 2023 , after treating her for the entire pregnancy until she got induced at 38 weeks, because she was 43 years old already , I received a message that she had a baby boy,  and that was the message that came with :

” Hello Dr Kerr,

Please see attached photo of X. G. who was born on April 3rd at 11:11pm, weighing 7.3lbs and 50 cm long. We are going home now, he was born by C-Section, after a difficult labor/ induction. Overall it’s all worth it as the baby is healthy and adorable ,
Sorry I missed your call. My phone was on silent.
 Regarding testimony of my journeys with you doing the acupuncture, as per below I authorized you to put my story in your blog/fb page etc. so we can provide hope to other women who are experiencing infertility. I Appreciate everything you did for us.  We will surely visit you once your clinic is settled and our baby has at least vaccinated.
