New Patient Information

  • All new patients must complete an Initial Assessment ($30) before their first treatment.

  • The first appointment will include both the assessment and a full acupuncture session.

  • This first session must be paid in advance to reserve your spot.
    👉 Total for the first visit: $125.00.

  • Each subsequent treatment session lasts 30–60 minutes (depending on your condition) and is priced at $95 per session, regardless of duration.

Appointment Reminders

  • You will receive automated email and text reminders before your appointment.

  • Please ensure your contact information is current to avoid missing important notifications.

Cancellation Policy – Leanne Li, R.Ac

To respect practitioner time and ensure fair access to care, the following cancellation policy applies to all appointments with Leanne Li.

Initial Assessment & First Treatment (New Patients)

  • A $125 deposit is required to secure your first appointment, which includes the initial assessment and first treatment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made with at least 24 hours’ notice will allow the deposit to be:

    • Refunded, or

    • Applied to a rescheduled appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will result in forfeiture of the full $125 deposit.
    No exceptions.

Regular Treatment Sessions

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to a $50 no-show / late cancellation fee.
    No exceptions.

Important Notice for Monday & Long Weekend Appointments

  • For Monday appointments or appointments scheduled after a long weekend, cancellations must be sent by email to:

  • Voicemails and emails sent to the front desk will not be considered valid, as the clinic is closed on Sundays and holidays.

  • Only cancellations received directly at the above email address will be acknowledged.

Direct Billing

  • Direct billing is available for most insurance companies.

  • Please note that insurance coverage is not guaranteed.

  • If your claim is denied or not covered, the full payment is due at the time of your appointment.

  • No refund will be provided for treatments and services already performed by the practitioner.

    Zero Tolerance Policy

    Harassment or violence toward staff or practitioners will not be tolerated. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of care. If safety is threatened at Unit A, 103 Sculfield Boulevard, authorities will be contacted.  ( Patient will lose any account credit in their account )
