New Patient Information

All new patients must complete an Initial Assessment ($30) before their first treatment.

The first appointment will include both the assessment and a full acupuncture session.

This first session must be paid in advance to reserve your spot.
👉 Total for the first visit: $125.00. -
Each subsequent treatment session lasts 30–60 minutes (depending on your condition) and is priced at $95 per session, regardless of duration.

Cancellation Policy

For Initial Assessment + First Treatment (New Patients):
A deposit of $125 is required to secure your first appointment (includes the initial assessment and treatment). -
If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can either be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment.

If you fail to provide at least 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, the full deposit of $125 will be forfeited. No exceptions.

For Regular Treatment Sessions:

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without a fee.

If you cancel late or do not show up, a $50 no-show/late cancellation fee applies. No exceptions.

Direct Billing

Direct billing is available for most insurance companies.

Zero Tolerance Policy
Harassment or violence toward staff or practitioners will not be tolerated. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of care. If safety is threatened at Unit A, 103 Sculfield Boulevard, authorities will be contacted. ( Patient will lose any account credit in their account )
