Joel Trenaman – Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation Instructor
Joel brings over 18 years of personal practice across multiple yoga styles, including restorative, vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, Iyengar, Bikram, and Dharma yoga.
In 2025, he completed the Abhyāsa Living Yoga Teacher Training focusing on asana, philosophy, meditation and pranayama (breathing), and is a Yoga Alliance Registered 200-hour Yoga Teacher (RYT).
Joel has lived experience with injury recovery, chronic pain, and complex medical conditions, which informs his compassionate, patient-centered teaching style. His approach supports:

Yoga
- 60-minute small-group classes
- Drop-in or session-based
- Gentle pace with hands-on guidance, modifications, and alignment support

Breathwork
- Learn techniques from mindfulness, yoga, and Chinese medicine traditions

Guided Meditation
- Breath, body, and mind awareness
- Supports emotional processing, stress reduction, and pain sensitivity management

Introduction to Mindfulness, Breathwork & Meditation
