Acupuncture Treatments & Pricing

Why an Initial Consultation is Essential

Before beginning any acupuncture treatment, a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultation is a crucial first step. This initial session is designed to:

  • Review your full health history

  • Discuss your current symptoms and concerns

  • Identify imbalances in your body’s energy flow (qi)

Your treatment plan will be based on your unique TCM diagnosis, which considers your body, mind, and environment as a whole. The more open and detailed you are during your consultation, the more effective and personalized your care will be.

What to Expect

During your consultation, we’ll ask about your lifestyle, sleep, digestion, emotional well-being, and other factors. This helps us understand the root causes of your health concerns—not just the symptoms. Once we establish your diagnosis, we can select the most appropriate acupuncture points to restore balance and promote healing.

How Acupuncture Works

Acupuncture stimulates specific points on the body—called acupoints—using hair-thin needles. This activation sends signals to the nervous system, encouraging your body to release natural painkillers (endorphins) and reduce inflammation. It also promotes better circulation and a sense of calm and balance.

If it has been more than two consecutive years since your last visit, a new consultation will be required.
